_______Firstly, many thanks for coming and looking at the site. If you haven't checked the promo video out yet, please do take the time and have a look; I hope you like it!

_______So what, then, is Spring and Bong anyway?

_______Spring and Bong is an animated short, I would expect it to be between 5 and 10 mintues long in its completed form. This initial 'episode' will follow the exploits of the titular duo on a quest to smoke the most powerful laxative in the known universe. If that doesn't sound like your kind of storyline you may want to check out now...

_______The file currently available on the site is an 80 second long teaser trailer basically just showing the stars, the style, the sound and a sneek peek at some of the locations to be featured.

_______Ultimately the size and scope of the animation will be based on the support that the project receives from the community (that's YOU, so go tell everyone!!). There is a 'plan' as it were, and the whole thing is based loosely on a University project I did whilst I was studying to become a BSc (hons) Computer and Video Games, but with a much more ambitious edge to what I had then. The main things are the quality of artwork must stay up to the standard seen in the promo, it must be well animated and actually make sense this time, and above all it must be funny!

_______At a later date I'll add sections to the site (or more likely its forum) on the making of, and details of new characters and scenes. I like to show off and therefore intend to keep a steady stream of info and screens coming. Of course that's if there's anyone there to see it (go tell your friends again).

_______As for a little about me; I'm Andrew Wilson from England and as mentioned above I've graduated from University with a degree in video games, although at the present time that's not my permanent occupation (send all offers to the e-mail below!!). Whilst at Uni I specialised in 3D graphics and cooked up Spring and Bong. They're some of my earlier creations (hence the fact they're kinda basic models) but I never could create a 'better built' version of either that retained their charms.
